KLM McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Crash Engine Failure

KLM McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Crash Engine Failure

In August 2010 an KLM MD-11 PH-KCE crashed following an 2-engine failure.
Flight
  • Music: Queen - The Show Must Go On (twice)
  • The MD-11 has known that the copilot's computer problems show that the Honeywell VIA2000 has got prefix bugs to be corrected in the FMS. An bird at an altitude of 33,500 ft started to descend and VFR into the engine. They can fly more than 275 kts above 18,000 ft.
  • 20 nm from the bird, the flight attendants allow the passengers to return back to their seats and fasten the seatbelts.
  • 15 nm from the bird the FMS Map changed into a map page. Grey indicates air units. The plane entered a moderate turbulence and severe icing (excluding the engines).
  • About 5-10 nm from the bird an TCAS alarm sounded when the bird reached to VFR into the engine.
  • The bird entered the turbine of the engine and started an engine stoppage. The plane started pitched sharply down.
  • Moments later after the video ends Engine 2 failed and the turbulence damaged the right aileron from the lightning leaving no way to save the plane...
  • The plane crashed into the sea, killing all 268 people on board.
Investigation
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch determined when heavy storms arrived and the bird's VFR approach into the two of these 3 engines. When heavy storms arrived the lightning hit and burnt the right aileron include the slats. The plane banked hardly right and they crashed into the Atlantic Ocean without even trace.

Bulgarian Air Force A319 Engine Fire Fictional Crash

Bulgarian Air Force A319 Engine Fire Fictional Crash

In 2006, an Bulgarian Air Force Airbus A319 loses control during an engine fire caused crash.
Flight

  • The A319 took off when the VSI didn't respond until the nose pitched 25 degrees upwards. The autopilot disengaged to prevent from stalling.
  • On the right seat view, 2 warning lights blink once (one was the clipping lights). They noticed an engine fire and just pushed the supressors without shutting the fuel control.
  • Sound mode disables.
  • An steep descent was caused to the engines which didn't match the same RPM and pressure. Descent was continued until the Airbus crashed into the ground when the left gear collapsed causing left-engine fire.
Investigation
The SCT notices that a bird flew into the engine. Other companies never discovered the crash.
Game
FSX alone (not SP1/2 or DX10) with bad graphics and veeeeeeerrryyy low quality following problems during installation.

Alitalia Boeing 777 POSKY Fictional Crash

Alitalia Boeing 777 POSKY Fictional Crash

In August 2010, an Alitalia Boeing 777-200ER (reg. I-DISY) crashed into the mountains of Mexico following an engine failure (which began at FL315.)
Flight
  • First time, the Boeing 777 took off from Runway 5R. During takeoff roll, the plane's nose pitched up sharply causing steep climb. As the plane was on track, they known that was a computer problem.
  • About 17 minutes later, the 777 suffered an engine failure. The autopilot disengaged automatically and the plane started rolling left and entering a steep descent. Near the end of the video, the plane started rolling excessively left and entered a very steeeeep descent.
  • Out from the video, Engine 2 failed and both of them caught fire. Some Mexican visitors saw the 777 fell from the sky with smoke from the wings.
  • They didn't know that the plane crashed into such an hill. All 233 people on board died.
  • This is also one of the worst accidents involving the Boeing 777.
Investigation
The SCT known that an bird flew into the turbine of the engine which caused crash. Boeing developed that something have to be retotfitted to prevent everything flew into the engine. The Project Open Sky (POSKY), who was a simulation company, operates every 777 airline fleet. Boeing investigates that the SCT was known this is an fictional crash.
Game and aircraft
The game was FSX (alone, not SP1/2 or DX10) and he downloaded the add-on (Boeing 777-200ER, Alitalia, I-DISU, by POSKY, VC included, works for all FSX versions) in July 2010.
Sometimes they have bad ground and default plane textures because of installation problems of aircraft, scenery, and the VC. Shadows also excluded. The VC textures were good, because they are from the add-ons.

Microsoft Flight Simulator X Videos

Microsoft Flight Simulator X Videos
  • Video 1
The Boeing 777 is cruising at 35,000ft.

  • Video 2
Airbus A330 during cruise flight at 30,000ft. Video length is 10 minutes 17 seconds. During cruise flight the plane suffers severe turbulence and moderate icing without the De-ice switch. On engines nearly full power at approximately 250 knots, it was more strong enough to reach 31,000ft but chose 33,000ft but still speed reduces at full power.

  • Video 3
The night A321 panel commences without the virtual cockpit (VC).Video length 11 munites 20 seconds. It continue cruising at 30,000ft when they shown a bit of EFIS systems on Airbus cockpits.

  • Video 4
7 examples of the A321's EFIS new systems.

  1. Engine features oil pressure, and quantity, and shows the oil temp that says C.
  2. Bleed valve indicator for bleed valve settings for sensitive moments on the plane.
  3. Cabin pressure contains 3 meters. One was the oxygen pressure, another one was the rate (means vertical speed indicator (which meaned variometer) of the cabin altitude) and the last one is the cabin altitude.
  4. APU, or aux power unit means the instruments for prevention that went off and nothing displayed. Features APU GEN indicators for more indicators with the APU.
  5. Hydraulics shown how high the pressure, it makes flight controls. The lower the pressure, the flight controls may be unusable.
  6. Fuel shows that how the Airbus can fly with 2 engines; the example is the A330. The fuel level is more than 150,000 lbs and can fly at a range of 7,300 nautical miles.
  7. Flight control position indicators.

  • Video 5
The A330 continued cruising until at 1,000 nm from the airport still 250 kts, approach prodecure for later, chose LHR and maintained to the tower:
Kestrel 330 we are FL300, airspeed 250 KIAS, heading 105 Mag, still continued for approach prodecure.
Flight level 300 is that more engine power contains speed reaching to the hold posisition.

  • Video 6
Last moments into the flight, the A330 continues to its final descent rate of about an fpm. It took 7 or 8 hours to complete the journey.

  • Video 7
The A330 was on its final descent to LHR. It descends into the airport, at the end of the video the A330 turned right and landed safely at 1:50am.

  • Video 8
Boeing 757 takeoff from NYC. But something happens as it departs:
  1. The plane veers off the runway before they hit V2 speed.
  2. Due to errors during installation of FSX, default ones got bad textures. When near controls or something it freezes (0fps frame rate.).
  3. When it freezes again, the textures haven't be displayed until it stops freezing back to 15fps.
  4. The plane passes an international airport.
  5. Video ends at 5 minutes 53 seconds of length.
  • Video 9
The Canadair Regional Jet panel's EFIS contains 6 displays:

  1. The engine systems contains such indicators, backup fuel indicator, flap indicator (settable for 8, and 45.), and gear lever. One meter on the bottom is the vibration of the engine.
  2. Other controls window contains trim indicators of the CRJ, and the CPAM.
  3. Fuel indicator, but something is wrong. Numbers on the gauge dosen't take additional space for correct capacity of the fuel level.
  4. Flight control position indicators, displayed for CRJ. Also included trim panel.
  5. Hydraulics to control the plane.
  6. Electronic Computerized System, or ECS, shows them that are on Pack 1 (ECS P1.). PRESS CONT 1 says PC1, that converts the pressure containing the CPAM indicator shows as the backup position.
  7. On the backup PFD, the airspeed indicator and the altimeter does not work very well.
Aladia Boeing 757

  • Video 10
United Flight 433 takes off and climbs defiently to 35,000ft. Video length 5 minutes.

  • Video 11
Flight 433, an Boeing 747-400 tries to land at LAX with 2 engines (all on the left.). Titled as UAL 747 Crash, which was a no engine landing that crashes 2 nm from the airport.

  1. Two of the 4 engines failed during approach.
  2. The plane banks left to alight straight over the runway 25R but they saw 24L and 24R.
  3. When banking the pilot hardly turned left until a bank angle warning sounds.
  4. 3,500ft below the ground, the copilot maintained landing approach to runway 24L or 24R.
  5. 3,000ft below the ground, an sudden alarm makes the engine flameout of the two remaining. The pilot was busy maintaining the landing with 2 engines.
  6. 2,000ft below the ground, one of the 2 remaining engines failed. The lights suddenly turned off, and the PFD remained on.
  7. 1,000ft below the ground, an warning makes confusion to the pilots.
  8. The pilot was seeing the altimeter that are nearly hit the ground.
  9. The captain gave the order to climb.
  10. Stall warning sounds.
  11. The plane collides with the ground.
  12. All 366 people on board died.
The are 346 passengers and 20 crew on board. All of them died.

  • Video 12
Airbus A330, another takeoff at CYYZ. They climbed to 33,000ft. Distance 3,000 nautical miles.

My Eyewitness Account Of The Sinking Of The Titanic

My Eyewitness Account Of The Sinking Of The Titanic...

At 14 April 1912, I woke up when it was a bump. Then I felt Captain Smith was telled for the passengers that can stay safe. But before I get too comfy and settled, next time the boat deck begins to flood up at the very end. At 0:45, the first lifeboat is launched. My age was 9 and with my friend my friend Edward was just 5. Captain Smith said "I was looking over the bridge wing cab. So watch it!". Next time I felt the last lifeboat is begin to launch. I have got my son to get with you, so I must hurry up to the last lifeboat. It is launched at 1:19. Captain Smith later. I have seen Millvina Dean, a 4-month old baby, born at 1 January 1912. Correct. But the last lifeboat stopped and I want to see the Titanic's sinking. At 1:25, the second last song is over. Then i felt. I are saved. I think. Captain Smith was reached but too late, Captain Smith will survive into lifeboat 9. At 1:30 the bridge wing cab sank. I felt I was rowing near the bridge wing cab. Then I say "Keep stopped! Don't row! I was seeing the bridge wing cab!". But at 1:29, I look Captain Smith at 1:30, the bridge wing cab I seen it was going to sink. Next time the song Nearer, my God, to Thee was over I felt. Terrible sounds began. Later, at 1:40, the funnel #1 collapsed, crushing part of the bridge and people on the water. Felt I was disappointed as the square windows on E-deck were underwater. Water also entered into the grand staircase from the glass dome when it breaks. SPLASH! I was rowing back to see far awat when the Titanic at 2:17. At 2:18, the electricial system finally failed and the lights went out. But when I hope, I think, the stress of the hull caused Titanic to break apart between the last 2 funnels, as the foremast were underwater. The rearmast were holded but it breaks but did'nt fall down. Captain Smith was already in the lifeboat. Captain Smith swam and swam, as the Titanic went down with a panic. I was survived and able to climb to the Carpathia. Carpathia finally arrived to New York with Captain Smith.

The end.
